Scope
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
What ServerRoam is
ServerRoam is a directory of gaming communities and their game servers. Listings are submitted by the people who run them. We review listings before publication, but we do not operate the listed servers and are not a party to what happens on them.
Account
An account through Discord sign-in is required to submit a listing. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Accounts may not be created to submit the same listing repeatedly.
Your listings
You warrant that you are entitled to list the server and to use the text, names and images you submit. You grant us the non-exclusive right to display that content on ServerRoam for as long as the listing is published. We may correct obviously wrong metadata and may reject, suspend or remove a listing.
What verification means
A verification mark records that control over the listed address was demonstrated at a specific time. It is not a statement about the quality, safety, moderation or lawfulness of that community.
Not permitted
Impersonating another community, illegal content, links to malware, deceptive descriptions, and automated mass submission or scraping of the directory.
Availability
The service is free and has no availability guarantee. Optional observations can be incomplete or delayed; connection badges do not guarantee player counts or community safety. Features may change or be withdrawn. Billing is not active.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of agreement. Listings link to third-party content for which we are not responsible.
Ending use
You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms and will state the reason where possible.
Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms as the service develops. The current version is published on this page with its date. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
